Because of this, we offer a 30 day, unconditional return policy on most of our products.* We want you to purchase from us with that warm, fuzzy feeling that should something not quite be right, for whatever reason, you can simply return it, or exchange it for something else. It’s as simple as that. We want to make sure you are happy, as happy customers are returning customers, and that is what keeps a business going. A/V Science, Inc. is also authorized to sell everything we offer. No gray market or bait and switch goods here. If we aren’t authorized, we don’t sell it. So feel at ease when you buy something from us that you are getting full manufacturers warranty with it. Also, if there is something you don’t see that we offer, check with us. Often we have relationships with other authorized dealers and can get you that product from them with full warranty.

*Special order items, such as screens, are subject to a restocking fee. All returns must be in new, resalable condition, with all original box, packing, accessories, etc…. Returns are subject to inspection by AVS to determine they meet these requirements. Powerbuy items and otherwise specified items do not apply to this policy.  Projectors must have no more than 15 hours on them unless previously okay’d by A/V Science, Inc. All boxes must be in like new condition with no writing on the manufacturers carton itself.
